Richard has been the General Manager of Indumotora Companies since 2016. His previous professional career includes 20 years in executive positions in Chilean and international banking. Before that he was an officer of the Chilean Navy. Weapons Engineer with mention in Artillery and Missiles, Naval Polytechnic Academy. MBA from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and M.A.in War Studies of King´s College, London.

Carlos is a partner of the Russi & Eguiguren Ltda. Law Firm with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, financial and foreign investment legislation, mergers and acquisitions, as well as mining legislation issues. Lawyer, Catholic University of Chile, with studies in the Academy of International and North American Legislation of the Legal Foundation of the Southwest, Dallas, Texas. USES. He has also worked, as an assistant professor of Commercial Legislation, at the Law School of the Catholic University of Chile and has previously worked in important legal offices such as: Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego and Dorr; as well as in Carey and Cia.
